This front mounting intercooler kithas been designed as an upgrade for the Audi 2.0 TFSi (B8 models) and A5 2.0 TFSi. After extensivetesting, we found that the most efficient core design for these models, wasof atube and fin construction, and along with an increase in surface area, plus anoverall dimensional increase,we have been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss acrossour intercooler,when compared to stock intercooler.

With testing conducted both on road and on the dyno, to ensurethatthis kit really worked, ourresults showed both a reduction in inlet temperature, an increase in horsepower and torque, but with no detrimental effect on lag or spool up time. The Dyno results gave a respectable +12hp and + 28 ft/lbson a standard tuned engine, with increased benefitswhen software tuned.
